These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales carried out by Grimila Paris on the website grimila-paris.shop. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. In the event of an error or omission, Grimila Paris cannot in any way be held responsible.

4. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). Grimila Paris reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are charged at the rate in force at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Order
The order is confirmed after:

- Entry of delivery information
- Choice of payment method
- Confirmation and payment
A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is confirmed.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept the following secure payment methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and any other method offered during payment.
Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.
7. Delivery

8. Right of Withdrawal

9. Legal Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Grimila Paris cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold, nor for delays due to external causes (carrier, force majeure).
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos) is the property of Grimila Paris and is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
