1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to mainland France only.
All our products are eligible for delivery.
2. Handling Time
Each order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Preparation days: Monday to Friday
- Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM (Paris time, GMT+1)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
3. Transit Time
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
- Transit days: Monday to Saturday
- Destination: all of mainland France
4. Estimated Total Time
The estimated total delivery time is 4 to 10 business days from the order date.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods (sales, holidays) or in the event of carrier issues.
5. Shipping Costs
Delivery is free on all orders delivered to mainland France, with no minimum purchase.

6. Order Tracking
A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped. You can also track your order directly on our dedicated page.
7. Public Holidays
Delivery times account for French public holidays. If a public holiday falls within the estimated period, the timeframe is automatically adjusted.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event of a package lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can open an investigation with the carrier and find a quick solution.
9. Delivery Address
Please carefully check your delivery address when placing your order. Grimila Paris cannot be held responsible for errors in the address provided by the customer.
