1. Geographic Area
This policy applies to orders delivered in mainland France.

2. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return.
3. Eligible Products
We accept returns for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Non-defective products (change of mind, wrong size, etc.)
Condition: items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability. Contact us before any shipment.
5. Return Procedure
- Send an email to support@grimila-paris.shop with your order number.
- Wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions.
- Carefully pack the item and ship it to the indicated address.
- Keep your proof of shipment.
6. Return Method
Returns by post only. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
7. Restocking Fees
No restocking fees are applied.
8. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the item:
- You will be notified by email of the acceptance or refusal.
- The refund is issued within 15 business days to the original payment method.
9. Non-returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or have no tags
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale items or final sale items
10. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU, you benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. Our 30-day policy is more advantageous and supersedes it.
